Last Friday, TCS MS students took part in two meaningful volunteer activities—Soles4Souls and Corner Bookmark Making—gaining hands-on experience in giving back and working together as a team.
At the Soles4Souls warehouse, students helped sort and pack donated shoes destined for East Africa, providing support to communities in need. Every pair packed carried a message of care and hope, making a global impact through local action.
Back at school, students channelled their creativity into making corner bookmarks, which will be shared with elementary students during life education programs hosted by the Genesis Social Welfare Foundation. To make things even more fun, the activity featured a group-based creativity challenge, where students competed to design the most unique and thoughtful bookmarks—sparking laughter, teamwork, and imaginative thinking throughout the room!
More than just a day of volunteering, this experience fostered empathy, responsibility, and the joy of helping others. A big thank you to all the students and teachers involved for making a difference and sharing the TCS spirit of service and compassion.
