Refund Standard

Tuition (as per the standards set by the Ministry of Education)

• Full tuition refund for those who complete withdrawal procedures before the start of the semester after registration.

• Two-thirds of the total tuition amount is refunded if the student withdraws after the start of the semester but before one-third of the semester has passed.

• One-third of the total tuition amount is refunded if the student withdraws after one-third of the semester has passed but before two-thirds of the semester.

• No refund for withdrawals after two-thirds of the semester has passed.

Agency Fees

• Group insurance fees for students are processed according to the insurance contract.

• Textbook fees and uniform fees are non-refundable, purchased items will be given to the students.

• Other agency fees, such as transportation fees and meal fees, are non-refundable after the start of the semester.
