Student Life at TCS

Our Code of Conduct

At TCS Experimental Education, student life is guided by our Code of Conduct—an agreement that ensures every member of our community feels valued, safe, and supported. It is not just about rules; it reflects the shared values that shape how we learn, grow, and live together.

The Code of Conduct highlights four key commitments:

Promoting Respect and Responsibility
We encourage students to treat themselves, their peers, and their teachers with dignity, while taking responsibility for their choices and actions.

Ensuring a Safe Learning Environment
We maintain a school culture where students feel physically and emotionally secure, supported by clear expectations around bullying, discrimination, and respect.

Encouraging Personal Growth and Accountability
Student life at TCS is about more than academics—it’s about building self-discipline, resilience, and emotional intelligence that carry into life beyond school.

Building a Positive School Culture
By working together, students learn to value diversity, resolve conflicts peacefully, and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative community.

At TCS, the Code of Conduct is the foundation of a vibrant student life—helping us create an environment where every learner can thrive and every voice is respected. For full details, please refer to our Code of Conduct document.

Student Supervision

The safety and well-being of our students is a top priority at TCS. Our staff actively supervise students across campus and during all school activities, maintaining appropriate staff-to-student ratios and clear protocols that support a secure learning environment.

We view safety as a shared responsibility. Students, staff, and parents are encouraged to communicate openly and report concerns promptly, fostering a culture of trust and accountability throughout our community.

Campus Safety

As part of the National Taiwan Normal University campus, TCS students enjoy a vibrant learning environment within a larger academic community. To ensure their safety and to respect the university’s operations, students are expected to remain within designated areas during school activities and to follow established safety guidelines.

Our supervision protocols are supported by NTNU’s campus security team and monitoring systems, helping us provide a secure and respectful environment. These measures allow students to focus on learning and community life while ensuring that our presence on campus reflects the values of safety, responsibility, and respect.
