【G10 Career Life Education Mock Interviews | From Exploration to Practice】




During the first half of the semester, Grade 10 students explored industries and careers they were interested in.

At midterm, they shared their ideas with peers and teachers at the Career Life Fair, taking their first step in expressing the future they imagined.

By the end of the semester, learning moved one step further through a mock interview experience.

Students were invited to consider what it would really take to pursue a role connected to their career goals—how to prepare, respond, and speak for themselves in a real-world setting.

On the day, Mr. Renda stepped into the role of interviewer, dressed as a company manager.

Students waited on the first floor, and from the moment the elevator doors opened, the interview had already begun.

Beyond formal questions, even small talk and interactions became part of this immersive experience.

There were no “right answers” in this class.

Instead, students practiced turning their ideas about the future into readiness for action.
