About the Camp
Who says science is limited to the laboratory? The TCS Food Science Summer Camp creatively blends scientific experimentation with culinary art through project-based learning (PBL), offering children a delicious introduction to the world of science.
During the camp, participants will use scientific principles in our innovative kitchen, where art meets science in delightful ways. They'll delve deep into the chemical processes behind fermentation and baking, all while crafting tasty dishes that dazzle the senses!
